Can I change my order at a later time?
If you respond within 24 hours, we will try to tailor your order perfectly to your wishes. However, your order is processed as quickly as possible, so you shouldn’t wait too long.
Where is my order?
As soon as your order is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days from the shipping date (after receiving the shipping confirmation via email), please contact our customer service at (STORE EMAIL). We are happy to assist you.
How long do I have to cancel my order?
The cancellation period is 30 days from the date you receive the item. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service, and we will take care of it.
